Skill rankings are computed from active job listings across multiple applicant tracking systems. Demand percentage represents the share of active listings in each category that mention a given skill. The 7-day change shows the percentage-point shift compared to the most recent prior snapshot. Rankings update whenever new scrape data is available — typically every few days.
